I have been a client of Attorney Scott Levensten and the Levensten Law Firm for nearly 5 years as a litigant in the Testosterone MDL Cases and I want everyone to know, who is looking to retain an attorney in a medical/pharmaceutical case, that Levensten Law Firm is where you should look. Attorney Scott Levensten and his entire legal team and staff made me feel welcome right from the start. They were empathetic, caring, personable and very thorough. Their administrative paralegal, Tina was always an inviting and listening ear, and helpful when you needed anything. Attorney Johnston was hands on with my case from right from the beginning and was always available to answer any questions. Whenever I called I didn't ever get a recording or recorded message; that was so important to me! Having a live person handle my call each and every time for 5 years! Where can you find that these days? Attorney Scott Levensten made himself available for me to speak with whenever I needed him. Many times, at other law firms, you don't get the opportunity to speak with the person whose name is on the door and the letterhead. But at Levensten Law Firm, Scott Levensten was available when or if I needed to speak with him. Of course I dealt with other attorneys within the firm, but Attorney Levensten was available. That was another key factor for me! Attorney Scott Levensten and his legal staff are very knowledgeable dealing with these type of cases and they know all of the loopholes and will fight to get you everything you deserve. Scott Levensten and his staff were helpful and responsive to all our questions and concerns with help on an Estate for my mother’s house. I contacted a few law offices before … Finally, I chose Levensten firm. The way they greeted me made me feel like a very important client and took consideration for any conditions I had at the time. This was a one stop shop for me. I am very grateful for their excellent job!
