Customer service couldn't help with my issue with them, they gave me the name and number of someone who never picks up their phone and never returns my voicemails. It's probably best to have a lawyer on deck if you ever need to deal with this company. In fact, the first thing they asked me when I initially called the customer service was whether or not I was from a law firm.

They deserve zero stars. 19 days since filing a claim, 20 calls and messages to them, including a supervisor and not a single response. They just transfer you around the system, send you to more voice mails that no one replies to. You do as instructed by your employer and doctor and call this company as instructed and they never reply.

If zero stars were an option, that would be my rating. Kalyani Brooks and William Schweizer (the "team leader") have given the absolute WORST customer service performance I have ever received. Whenever possible, do NOT do business with this company. My car was damaged by a AAA driver who rolled my vehicle into the back of his tow truck while attempting to tow it and I have been forced to work with this company that doesn't answer emails in a timely manner (or ever), does not return phone calls, and do not resolve issues professionally or efficiently. It has taken over 2 months for them to decide that they are going to cut a check for $1,500 less than what the repair will cost. Completely dissatisfied with this company and the service I've received. STAY CLEAR OF ESIS!!!

Worse insurance company I ever dealt with after a driver took full responsibilty from a rock flying off the be of his truck they did not want to pay from my windshield Dennis Zuilkowski was very rude and unprofessional although I had proof and a police report he denied covering my windshield. Also his boss Jason Hull was no help either. Worse experience of my life
