Do not hire this attorney-- he will take your money, then refuse to answer your phone calls or do the work that he promised to do. It's sad when you have to bring a claim against your own lawyer.

I hired this attorney, as crime of victim And he stolen money from $30,000.00 legal fees with false legal advice and frauds he continued put me in danger with distress and delay for 6 years And now he never answer the phone or never contacted me, just took money and run I had tried sue this lawyer, and this lawyer do not have legal malpractice insurance I truly believe this lawyer is criminal, need justice

Avoid this lawyer like the plague. Mr. Griffin is unprofessional. After paying his retainer, he did not appear in court or actually do the work he was obligated to perform.
