We work directly with Max Morgan and the Weitz Firm for all trademarking needs. As a brewery, we feel it’s critical to protect the longevity of our many unique beers. So we sought out to trademark our core brands. Being a DIYer i tried the first couple myself and found the process to be quite alien to me.
