I was facing a lifetime in prison and my back was against the wall. Louis Mincarelli handled my case with a sense of duty and the dedication of a family lawyer, even though we hadn't known each other prior to my incarceration. He fought for me like HIS future was on the line! Needless to say I am NOT incarcerated and have been home for several years now. If Lou wasn't as sharp as he is and was during my trial, I believe the 36 1/2 to 72 year sentence I was facing would have been my fate for certain. Louis Mincarelli represented me on a Robbery Case in 2012 , He got me a line up which i wasnt picked i figured the case would be dropped , unfortunately the D.A came back with another offer 1 year time served immediate release, i had to sign a waiver basically not suing for wrongful arrest for the deal to be good. At my prelimenary hearing officers told the judge they couldnt find me in the jail , and my arresting Officer former Sgt. Jason Reid (35th district) was just recently arrested for misconduct and tampering with evidence!!! I honestly dont like the fact that my lawyer at the time Louis Mincarelli let the D. A take advantage of me ... That is still the only felony i have on my record , so that goes to show the D.A that they werent dealing with a Criminal ! Also eveything i called Louis for regarding my case , (Discovery) he never returned my calls. I had to write the Governor Tom Wolf just for help on how to get exonerated. I would have really appreciated if Louis would have helped me prove my innocent and in return i could have sued and split profits 50/50 , instead im stuck reading law books filing paperwork for exoneration. Thanks for nothing Louis i guess you traded me in for a date with the District Attourney.
