Had a custody dispute where my child's mother was trying to leave the state. He actually left when my child's mother didn't show up for court and said he would be stealing from me had he stayed because at that point it was hourly. Only honest lawyer I'd ever seen in real life. After he left it was between the mediator and I to come to an agreement as to what I wanted as far as custody so he was not needed because the courts were willing to give me what I wanted since the mother of my child didn't show up. My only regret is not asking for more time because I may be hiring him again to do so. My concern was what would be detrimental to my child so I only asked for every other weekend Now my child mother acts like I'm not involved so I feel I need to go back for more custody time. She is trying to leave the state again. Anyway enough about my case. I would not be hiring him again had I felt he didn't do his job. He prepared me, counseled me, and was honest about taking advantage of me financially. So I was pleased. I regret not hiring him for my support case.
