MY insurance had transferred my case to ss & hired David to handle my case..dealing with The health insurance,The appointments,SocialSecurity...etc ...He was was the easiest and calmest person out of all.I was completely going nuts with all insurance and agencies...He explained, things to me & what he needed from me ...We no longer sat down in court and I was approved. I didn't even know what happened. I had to looke and ask him what was going .He said you won & we got out of there . I had no issue with his job & appreciated him. Wasted my time. Spent less than 1 hour on my case mainly in coaching me instead of looking at my extensive medical records and going over info to be more informed. Didn't do a single thing at the hearing, he didn't defend me. At best he's a ambulance chaser that takes on as many cases as he can knowing a few will go his way. The whole SSI system is a sham tbh. We have to beg the system we paid into!

I was connected to Attorney David Machek through a third party insurance carrier that was taking care of my disability claim. I am very happy to say that He got the JOB DONE quick fast results. You should really give him a call if you are in need of full disability benefits!!

I called this office calling to get information regarding an attorney making large errors in my disability hearing I try speaking clearly to properly communicate where my problem was and how to go about it. This woman was very short and did not want to be bothered with helping me get my matter addressed. Ive been taken advantage of by one attorney who did not get the appropriate records for my case so I was asking this woman what I should do. I have been informed By another attorney that I can file at the federal level. But the attorney I hired told me to file a new application which would mean that the time that I have worked would not apply to my application the new application that is moving forward which would harm my disability payment amount significantly or qualify me for nothing. Going back to this law office so Im writing this review about very unprofessional and rude
