Rittenhouse Appliance Repair was most understanding and kind when I explained the reason for requesting their services. Their repairman asked me questions that would help him determine the kind of service that should be done or parts that should be replaced. I find it very helpful since he spent time asking what was wrong with my oven. He arrived, firmly shook my hand and greeted me politely. He also demonstrated the reason why my ovenwas malfunctioning and immediately performed the solution. I can honestly say that this repairman clearly knows what he was doing.
