Our air conditioner stopped working this week, and too many of the big name repair places cost too much. I called and got an answer right away, at a much more reasonable price. They were out in a couple hours and our air conditioner works better than ever. I will definitely be calling them first from now on.

I asked for emergency service on my refrigerator and they showed up that afternoon, which was great. The only problem is, not only did they NOT fix my refrigerator, but now it is making strange noises and still doesn't work. When I called up and described the issue, I was cursed out and told to call someone else if I want it fixed. Under no circumstances should you use this service.

Do not use these guys. Came to fix cooktop. Broke the glass and have not heard from them since. Now have to buy a new one. Absolute worse.!!!

I would give it zero stars if possible. The ONLY positive portion of my experience was the actual technician Don (I believe or maybe Ed idk), who was pleasant while in my home. He assured me (I asked multiple times) that my deep freezer only needed freon and that my deep freezer needed time to get cold once serviced. He charged me $157, I paid it, we shook hands and he left. 1day later, nothing. I say let's giveit one more day for good measure. Second day, nothing. I call them back they say they'll call me back. Next day, nothing. I call them back they say they'll send someone out the next day; I rush home the next day and wait until 10minutes before they closed, they say "it was scheduled for tomorrow". Okay. I rush home the next day but this time I call them around 4, they say someone's still on their way; 10pm nothing. Now I'm fed up and need to go away for business. I get back July 2nd and call them today...... I asked him to send someone out because adding freon was not the solution. Who ever answered told me he wouldn't recharge it and that the freon leaked out. I told him I'm not asking himto..i recharge it and that the freon had not leaked out. His tone was nasty and he told me he's not sending anyone out after 4months and dismissed me. I took a deep breath and said sir, I'm not asking you to recharge it, I'm... asking... you... to.... look... at it again because it's still not working. He said someone will call you in the morning and hung up on me. Now I'm steaming mad but I pause take a short walk and think evil thoughts. I say nope, breath, give them a call back and have the patience of Mr. Rogers.... ya'll know these mfers ignored my call twice? Sooo after more evil thoughts I said nope I'm a God body and this just a lesson learned. PLEASE I URGE YOU, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, ENERGY, OR FREEDOM, messing with these JOKERS. I forgive them but won't forget it..... 2 years later they tell me I have the wrong company instead of admitting their fault and taking accountability. Making the customer whole is the way to practice good business, not making the customer out to be misguided. If you guys have turned over a new leaf, say that, but don't try to play me. I ended up buying a new deep freezer and I will not retract until y'all deserve it.
