I lived here for 2 years this place is nasty.

its a nice place. However a little small for a 2 bedroom for the price we are paying. Everyone is nice. Only thing the hot water doesn't get that hot in the bathroom. But the kitchen sink does .

The units are very tiny and overpriced. The units also look nothing like the pictures.

Even though they have advertised new management let me tell you that it does not make any difference. I've been here since 2016 and quite frankly neither the old/new management are good in addressing property problems. I have been trying to get someone to check my apartment since July and it's now September. Go figure!! I have continue to pay my rent on time, however, my shower, windows and other things are falling apart still. Oh and to make it better the rent used to go up $25 dollars per year well guess what my rent is jumping from $815.00 to almost $900.... Big difference for a place that's falling apart. My own personal experience it's awful .....just giving facts Apparently i cant add anymore ratings, but its 09/28 And still nothing has been fixed.... Im giving you guys heads up.... nobody will care here except your rent money.
