Blakemore Apartments Complex

The company that runs Blakemore Gardens do not care about their tenant's complaints. We have been having electrical and heating issues with this apartment since the winter. We notified them of heating issues but nothing has changed. Now its summer and the electricity keeps going off in half of the apartment. The last time our electric went out was May 27th and it is still off. Every time that you put in maintenance request the take FOREVER to fix it. On top of that they tell you that they are coming one day and never come. They don't answer phone calls. All of it is just frustrating. God forbid you have noisy neighbors, you're gonna hear everything that they do. Mice run all through the apartments and the walls. The pros: Transportation, grocery stores, and neighborhood This is an apartment for people to build their credit. As soon as you can qualify for a better apartment, LEAVE.
