I’m warning you to not rent from these people. It is currently named Lawndale Court Apartments. When I moved in, my heat didn’t work and when I called maintenance, he rushed me off the phone. I had to keep calling them. He finally fixed my heat, but the problems didn’t end there. I have hot water but my shower doesn’t get hot only Luke warm. I called maintenance and had him feel the water and then he told me, “your water doesn’t need to get hotter than this.” Really? How are you don’t tell me I don’t have a right to have hot water when I’m paying to live here? Now my heat isn’t working again. My mailbox keys got lost and no one is answering me. If you can avoid renting here. It’s been nothing but problems.

The worse place to rent from. I was recently a tenant at there Longshore apartments. They only care about the money, very unprofessional. I’ve called the office over and over about problems in my apartment and never got a response from anyone until I took matters into my own hands with L&I than they still had no consideration that I had young kids in my home that got ILL due to mold in the apartment. They rented out the apartment with a broken window than lied saying they never rented it out in that condition. They should definitely hire someone professional to show the apartments and stop being cheap paying a young girl that has no clue to what she’s doing. Don’t waste your time here. All they care about is their money and not how the condition of how they leave people living. They tried evicting me over rent due because of their damaged apartment then try to fix it with me paying all the past rent plus more. I must had stupid written on my forehead. Your calls and VMs will be left unanswered. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! Basement up is full of mold and the apartments have leaks after leaks.
