My first year here was nothing but a disappointment. This place is more like "Club Jude", I don't know where to begin. When i first moved in i thought everything was nice, I was happy, until a couple months later i started seeing the truth. This building is drug invested, you get rodents due to the quality of living of other tenants, management seems to draw attention to tenants on SSI and section 8 which isn't fair to someone hard working like myself because you live with more of the loud and ghetto crowd, not to mention getting locked out my apartment a couple times due to unprofessional maintenance crew. Maintenance crew is prompt fixing things (when you call, don't bother submitting online work order), even though I called about water leaking through my ceiling, someone came out to "fix it" but its gotten worst since. This was just the worst desperate decision I've ever made! Don't make this same mistake!

Moved in during 2014. Apartments are very small , very small! The walls are super thin, I could her my neighbors arguing, phones ringing, and them snoring too. I shared my apartment with mice, which I killed during my months of living there about 12 of them, and there were no roaches. The heat is controlled by the City of Philadelphia and there is no A/C so you need a window unit. The front door is secure, use a key to enter, but it breaks and some residents like to prop the door open. There is drug activity that happens in and around the building and not just weed! There was a break in when I lived there. There are mentally challenged adults that live in the building. I lived above a woman that would yell and play her music all hours of the night. I contacted the leasing office and they kicked her out, a week before I moved lol. It is also very dangerous in that area of West Philly, move closer to University City and still watch your back. I would seriously consider not moving to this building or any of their properties! My rent was about $750 a month so I guess you get what you pay for. I am now living in a much better location, out of state lol
