Fishtown Flats

I’ve been living here since beginning of August 2021, and it has been a nightmare. Moving in, I requested to reserve the loading dock and elevator for Saturday morning. No response. No phone number to reach anyone to resolve issues. They were so quick to respond when I wanted a tour and before I signed the lease, but once I signed the lease, no response. Someone parked in my parking spot that I paid for and there is no one I can call to have the car removed. Packages get stolen all the time. There is no way to get a hold of the property manager. I cannot wait for my lease to be up so I can move out of this place. Do not recommend renting here at all!

Because of the terrible reviews and multiple news stories, the property owner changed the name of these properties. Nothing about them has changed, it's still terrible what they've done in the past, the properties are still hastily and poorly built and you will have nothing but problems. Do not believe a word they say. They've lowered the rent to attract tenants, but with the issues you'll have it's not worth it. People have had to pay to have their apartments cleaned at move-in, have HVAC workers come out to remove mold from the AC systems or ceiling leaks. Just don't do it, look around, anything is better. The old name were the Moscow and Monica buildings, Google it before you sign.
