        I read the bad reviews but decided to move in last April anyway.  This was the best building I found in Philly.  I had the 01 unit with a massive balcony and great sun.  The view was incredible.  There are 2 gyms, in case one is too packed.  Roof deck is amazing in the spring/summer/fall.  Besides a pool, I'm not sure what more you could want in a Philly building.  Staff was always nice and helpful plus the location is super convenient to Center City/Chinatown/Fairmount.  If you can swing it, get a balcony unit.  I was able to host pretty decent-sized gatherings with all the extra space out there.
