BEWARE - Fall 2019 - COCKROACHES, horrible management, and a sleazy property owner. I noticed cockroaches after 4 months of living here. I followed the maintenance procedures and submitted requests through their website. I received an email saying I would hear from someone in 3 business days. Nothing. Checked the website and it changed to 7 business days. After hearing nothing on the 8th business day I started calling the property management office 1-2 times per day to voice my concerns and check the status of my maintenance request. I keep getting told someone will be out in a few days but nobody has called, emailed, or entered my apartment. Waking up in the morning with a cockroach on your arm is not pleasant. I cannot feed my cat after 6pm because roaches get into the cat food bowl. Not to mention the owner refuses to use an online payment platform or even accept checks to pay rent. You must give him your bank account info to take out the payment manually. You have been warned.
