We booked a room, but arrived very late, at midnight. Not only we couldn't get our free night but the guy yelled at us for arriving so late. Then we knew why. He wanted to sleep . So he made us stay outside all night during very cold windy night ! There was no Lyft drivers available. Finally at 8 am we got lucky.
How come there is no info about locals !!! I wonder if Choice Hotels can give us something in return for such a horrible experience. 🤔
