This group is the most unorganized health group I have ever dealt with. The billing department is a joke! They have no idea what is going on when you call, and cannot give a straight answer to any question given.

I’d like to think my negative experience with them is a result of Covid and shutdowns. Hopefully they weren’t always like this. The staff and doctors are polite and nice. But they seem money hungry. I’m quite mad with them. They had me do a bunch of tests and procedures, which hurt and made me bleed. I even called out of work from the aftermath and I do not call out. They charged me a copay, but never mentioned the tests weren’t covered under my insurance. I feel taken advantage of. If they told me none of it was covered I would have only done things I NEEDED. One test was a pregnancy test, I’m well aware when I’ve been pregnant and could have done that at the dollar store. A month or so later they slapped me with a pricey bill & had the nerve to call me and request another test. And they keep pushing me for a procedure that I medically do not need. It would just stop my period. I feel like they lost a lot of money during covid and they are requesting patients do unnecessary things to make a profit. Or they get commission on these things who knows. But they’re pushy. I’m going to get a different a doctor.
