      image Need a maintenance person, stat! Holy cow, the number of things broken or out of order started to actually become comical. Half of the exercise machines, the water dispenser, the Coke machine, the apple juice machine, nearly every single wash and dryer, and the pool...
      The exercise room had half the machines as shown in the pictures, and like I said half of those were broke. Every single hotel I've ever been in has water and towels in the exercise room, but not here.
      On the plus side, the staff is friendly (though a bit overwhelmed - obviously short of staff). And the room was clean and comfortable; we slept well.

      image Room was clean, toilet kept running so had to turn it off at night. Only staff I saw was at check in. Good location and price.

      image Extremely disappointed with our stay. Before we booked, we had called ahead and asked if they had an indoor pool. I was informed that they did have an indoor pool however, i wasnt informed that it was out of order! The whole reason we booked this place was because of the pool for my 2 year olds birthday. He was extremely upset that he didnt get to go swimming for his birthday. The room was average but the fridge and freezer didnt work so most of our food/left overs were thrown out and money wasted. The thermostat on the wall to control the AC unit didnt work. The snack pantry in the lobby wasnt stocked, and the only thing available was doritos. Breakfast was decent. Overall im extremely disappointed and feel like i wasted money. If youre looking for a place to stay, i suggest staying at the Hilton next door. This place was a joke.
