      image Called the company to set up a quote. They sent me the quote promptly via email. I accepted the quote and a few days they set up an appointment. The day of the appointment, the person never showed and not even a call or text. The emailed them saying they never showed and have never got a response. Don't even feel like calling them to follow up because I was done with them.

      Jonathan, I take full responsibility for the mishandling of your job. That was unacceptable and I apologize for that happening. Between the responsibilities of taking care of our newborn and the busy holiday lights season, I wasn't as organize as I should have been.Once I realized what happened I tried to reach out, but I understand you were no longer interested at that point. Once again, I apologize for your experience.
