My call was handled quickly and professionally. The guys came by within 2 days to install a pad for outside my garage. They not only installed the pad, they checked my existing equipment and lubricated all moving parts. Very impressed. Your reputation is well deserved!!

Had a broken garage door spring. Called them first thing in the morning and they were able to come the same day. The repair man was very friendly. He did a thorough job with the new spring installation, was very efficient, and was helpful with maintenance tips as well. I highly recommend choosing R.W Cox for your garage door needs!

Called almost a week ago for an estimate. This morning I get 5 calls one after the other from Dave. Literally, once it stops ringing, he calls again and mind you I'm at work. At the fifth call I answer and proceeded to tell him I am at work and cannot talk at the moment. A little bit later, my phone starts going off from my home camera's alerting me that there is movement around the house and garage. He shows up, unannounced after I tell him I'm at work, backs down my driveway and proceeded to try and enter my garage! Are you serious????? Who goes onto someone's property, knowing they're not home, then trys to enter their garage or any other facility on their property???? Would that be OK if someone went to their business and did that???? Wow, just wow.
