As a first time home buyer, we had little knowledge in what the firsts steps should be. A co-worker/friend referred us to Adam after having an unpleasant experience with another entity. From the moment of our first phone call with Adam, right up to our closing, every part of this experience was smooth. Adam and his team were right by our sides the entire way, guiding, educating, and assisting to help us purchase our dream home. I would 100% hands down do this process all over again with Adam and his team by our sides. We are sincerely grateful and appreciative for all that has been done for us.

I was referred to Adam by a family member after shopping around and not finding any luck with a loan that I wanted. Adam and his team made sure to listen to my concerns and helped me find a loan that fit my financial needs. They communicated each week to update me on the status of my loan, and they answered any questions I had in a quick manner.

The team the team at Crown Home Mortgage in Plattsburgh was great to work with. They were always available for and questions I had and answered very quickly. I used a VA home loan and they explained everything that needed to done and assisted in getting that all done. I highly recommend this team to anyone looking to buy a home, especially veterans.
