It's been one full month since my husband, Tommy and I had the pleasure of meeting Mike at the Yardley Auto Body shop (01/05/2024). I had the best experience ever with such a caring, supportive, and effective communicator of an employee. Mike has been with me every step of the way after I was involved in a rear-ended automobile accident. He told me everything I needed to know and was very patient throughout the process of me getting the other insurance party to go out for the appraisal and to finally go out and pick up my (totaled) vehicle that's been in their lot since 01/05/2024. Mike even took the time to gather any additional belongings I left behind in my vehicle. He's so genuine, caring, and kind. Tommy and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all the support and knowledge you have provided us in these difficult times. We appreciate you.
