Phenomenal customer service! After being duped by another floral company, which I found out is just a service. I contacted Lauras and she was right on the job! I couldnt be happier to have found her and she will be my go to for flowers now!

I ordered a bouquet of flowers through 1800flowers and the order was fulfilled by Laura's boutique. My dad was happy with the delivery and he says that the bouquet still looks beautiful after 1 week. Next time, I will order directly from them!

I called late in the day, desperately looking for a flower shop that could deliver flowers to my mother in the hospital. They came through at the last minute and saved the day!! Wouldn't even accept a tip, so this is the second best thing I could do. Definitely will order from them again, but next time, I'll give them a reasonable heads up instead of crawling to them last minute with an impossible request.
The flowers are absolutely gorgeous and my mom loves them!!

Highly recommend!! I called on Saturday & they were absolutely beautiful & delivered to the funeral home on Sunday in time for my uncles viewing!! And my cousin is still enjoying them a week later!! Tim took my order & Im so grateful for the excellent service!!
