Having major issues with my account. I've spoken to six (6) people in the last three (3) days and everyone says they'll update my file however, no one does it. If, people would just do their job then I would not be getting follow up calls, asking the same questions.
If I wasn't going to get hit with a major cost to close out my account, I would.
My advise - try another service provider.

Never called this company up or looked them up once in my life until now.... after they called me at 2am in the morning, this morning. -_- For what????

One of the worst buying experiences! The are in receipt of a down payment of $150.00 for 5 months without completing the install. Apparently, they are unable to complete the install. Don't know why. The reason has never been explained. I have tried speaking with their customer service group but there's a language barrier, and those folks don't seem to have a clue. I'll likely file a complaint with PA Attorney General.

They are thieves! I canceled my account 2 months ago yet they still charge me. Asked for a confirmation email and they can't even send me an email. They're supposed to protect you from thieves but they are the thieves!
