The staff and integrity of Bobcat of Erie is second to none. We purchased a machine online which turned out to be a lemon. Thankfully, I had the machine directly shipped from the seller to Bobcat of Erie for full inspection. Paul Pavolko went over the machine with a fine-tooth comb and documented every last detail of work that was required to bring the machine up to work-ready condition. We filed an insurance claim over the purchase and were awarded a fraction of the cost the required work that it needed. In response to the minor claim payout, Brian Hartzfeld personally called the insurance agency and walked them through every last problem and was able to nearly double our insurance payout. A “thank you” just doesn’t do this organization justice. Had nothing more been awarded, they still went far above and beyond what was required of them. To top it off, I offered to personally compensate Mr. Hartzfeld for his involvement in this claim, he politely declined (multiple times) and very humbly and professionally replied, “This is what we are here for.” I cannot say enough about this organization. Thank you all! We are so appreciative of ALL of your efforts!
