Other than that this place needs lots of work if I start I wont end but Im sure its not the office is more of management and higher ups!

image My husband and I lived in these apartments for 5 1/2 years. We chose these apartments because they had a pool, allowed pets, and were affordable. In the time we lived there, rent has nearly doubled. We brought this to their attention and they essentially said well you won't find anything cheaper. Every step along the way from management has been frustrating. From complaining about maintenance issues and the maintenance men coming and pointing out areas that should not be considered "luxury" living for the prices we were paying to calling the office repeatedly with no answer. They were changing management groups around the time we were moving out which they were notified about. We brought it to their attention that we had not heard anything about the move-out process and they said they were never told. We did not get our security deposit back despite being tidy and accruing the standard wear and tear an apartment should be expected to have over 5 1/2 years and deep cleaning before moving out. In fact, we owed money which we did not argue. We delivered the check within 2 days of receiving the notice and now we are hearing from debt collectors that we owe. Mind you, the check was cashed. It's a shame all 3 management groups we encountered in our time there have put such a damper on an otherwise memorable time in the complex.

image I just moved into Eagle Rock Apartments (Malvern) at the end of January 2024. Management of the apartment complex just changed which made the process a bit challenging but Julianna Marcano from the main office has been incredible from the start. I visited the apartment complex 4+ times to tour, make sure this was the place I wanted to live and she was there each time to give me a tour and walk me through the process. She made sure I could move in on the date I needed to, answered all my questions, and helped me get my packages and access to the gym once I moved in. I also had the pleasure of meeting Lynn Brown the property manager and I spoke with her about a few maintenance concerns and she sent maintenance to my apartment the very next day which was amazing and very much appreciated. Im glad I chose Eagle Rock because of the attentive and caring staff!

image I moved into this complex a year ago when it was known as Frazer Crossing. It is not a perfect apartment/complex but when i have maintenance issues they have always resolved them in a very timely manner. It is now a year later and my boyfriend and i are looking at a bigger apartment because we need the space. The process with the office was reasonable but waiting on upper management and corporate was one of the worst experiences i have ever had. They dont respond to emails and seem to put everything on the back burner. The ONLY reason i am giving this complex 3 stars is because of the incredible help of Julianna and Sean. This new company that bought out frazer crossing seems to see this as a money flip instead of caring about the residents and their staff. I was also informed that corporate had put a Eagle Rock employee at one of the front desks. I had went to Katie about an issue one time and her only response to me was thats a malvern issue. What i dont understand is why Eagle Rock would put one of their corporate people in the office who cant even help with one single issue. I had a question for Julianna and Sean one time while Katie was sitting at her desk. While Julianna and Sean were being very helpful i could feel the glares and constant staring from Katie all the way across the room. From someone only being in their a couple times when Katie was in there it seemed to me that corporate just put her in there to get the current employees in the leasing office in trouble. I would like to thank Julianna, Sean and Lynn for their amazing help in the moving process as without them i would have never stayed at this complex.
