I stopped by for a visit from out of town and was amazed by how confessional, faithful, and welcoming this congregation is. Right now theyre undergoing some renovations so be prepared to worship in the fellowship hall rather than the sanctuary, but from what I can tell they really have some plans to make their sanctuary very beautiful.
If what youre looking for is a Lutheran church that is unapologetically Lutheran, confessional, liturgical, and traditional then you dont really need to look any further.
For non-LCMS/AALC members please be prepared to not commune since they enforce closed communion practices, but you can still approach the altar and the pastor will pray with you. After the service expect a lot of time to talk with the pastor and congregants as well- they really do take an interest in getting to know everyone

I was never Lutheran, but for four years I have found MCLC a refuge of peace where, somehow or other, everything points back to Christ. And with a pastor who actually pastors, ordinary people who appreciate other ordinary people, and some really strong singing, this is clearly where I need to be.
