From the start was horrible. The guy didnt know what he was doing. Put my rental for another location so when I returned truck couldnt check in because I wasnt at the right location. The next day they called a ton off times saying they couldnt find the key, which I put in after hours box like told to do. So he we are days later and still truck hasnt been checked in or anything They were highly unprofessional and rude as hell when they talked to me. Will never rent from u haul again.

I reserved a truck online (and got an email conformation it would be avaible) only to get a text stating my truck size, and pickup location would be moved. It was moved so many times I ended up not even getting a truck to move.

Have rented a trailer several times now, check in online makes it easy and Im usually hooked up and leaving within 5 minutes.

The beginning process via internet and app was good and easy to rent what I needed, however that process ended when the cashier and another employee kept talking to one another which slowed the process down for me. I didn't like that I needed to inspecting the 10' van rental on the app. The van was muddy and the seat cover was broken and uncomfortable for the entire experience. The end process was the worst. It was after hours so I needed to use the app. which didn't work. after a few attempts I called customer service and they directed me to use my web browser. Once there they were done assisting me. The web search did the same thing as the app. every time I added the necessary photo, it tool me back to the beginning. After 30 minutes I was just done and I placed the key in the box and drove away very frustrated. I wouldn't recommend U-Haul, however they seem to be the only game in town, so I guess they can be insufficient.
