Lindsey in the office at Lincoln Ave is the best! She is thorough (when the computer cooperates), concise, courteous, excellent listener, conscientious to keep billing straight and able to defuse my frustration when I called to inquire about my units 25% increase per month! Please, corporate, give her a 25% increase to justify yours!

I can't say anything good about this place.
The manager, Lindsey, is very unprofessional and doesn't know how to keep her business professional. Poorest customer service I've ever had. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I will be going to the BBB and make sure they know about this poor customer service.

Management has no care in the world for potential customers. I waited for hours to get a storage unit and Lindsey, who I believe is a manager had be waiting for hours once I got there and was in her office talking with some guy or customer and ignoring me. I took my business elsewhere and I will be telling all my friends and family who need storage help to not come here! Do not waste your time. If I could give 0 starts I would but I cant.
