Our agent Michelle Kleinfelter was wonderful she took the time to explain the process to us and gave us options for selling our mothers home which really helped us .Thanks again Michelle for all you did we really appreciated it.

We were told that when we purchased our home the roof was newer 2017 . We had a home we bought before and two weeks afterwards the roof needed replaced so i was VERY adamant about the roof being not an issue . We bought our home at 151 N chestnut Street in good faith only a year ago . Several weeks after that we had a roofer here because we had an issue with shingles . Today we had Century roofing here and only a little bit of the roof was done in 2017 using Shingles that are illegal in Pa . We got two opinions before going with a new roof . I feel we were being lied to and would not recommend using this real estate office . I normally don't do this but we thought we were purchasing a home that had a newer work as in the paperwork at 151 N chestnut St Palmyra . I could cry . We didn't not expect this huge expense and the paper work we are going to take to a lawyer . .
