This place is a joke my mom will never ever go there again! My mom sat on a bed pan for 45 mins and the nurse asked me to remove it. And I told her that's not my job! I asked the head nurse to ambulance becomes her breathing was really bad and she said cant because it can be treated her. So her sister called a ambulance . When got to the hospital her lungs filled with liquid. A 2 liter bottle worth. She is doing so much better! They don't even deserve 1 star. Also before we let my mom said get me out of here because they are going to let me die😢. She is doing so much better. This place don't even deserve 1 star

This facility is disgusting and dirty. The staff is relatively unhelpful and unresponsive to the needs of its residents. The facility is run for cost efficiency with low regard for quality of life.
