Jim has done work for me before. Needed a part for my shower. He searched several stores and made calls to find the part. He is very efficient. I would recommend.

I had an appointment set up with Jim Holzer to do work at my Moms house. I had to drive 3 hours (round trip) and took the day off of work to meet him and he never showed up. I called him the night before to confirm and he did not return my call. I called the day of the appointment and he did not respond. I was at my Moms house waiting for him to show up for 3 hours (12:00 pm to 3:00) and he did not even have the courtesy to call.
