This is the worst place to deal with for mail and I come from Philly. You never get anyone on the phone and by chance if you do they rush you off the phone by telling you they will look into the problem and call you right back. Never do! Drivers come all different hours everyday and rarely give you the right mail.

Biggest laughing stock of a customer service of all time. 2 ladys that usually are in everyday with braids are RUDE and LOST. I ship / receive a lot of things daily through this exact USPS and the service is legitimately so bad I am now shipping things to my girlfriends house so it goes through a difference USPS. Told the other day after days of delays, the package is back there but it will come tmr to ur house Im not trying to look through all the inventory What??? U dont wanna do your job?? 1 person at a window with 2 wide open ones and 2 young ladies just chatting and cursing bout there outside life while watching a line almost to the back of the whole entire post office. DO YOUR JOB! Embarrassing and sad. Get new staff PLEASE!

Rude service, I had a few questions about change-of-address and they showed attitude like I was supposed to know. They processed my change of address wrong since I have been receiving no mail for over a month now.. I had to re-submit my form. Truly disappointed. I see other reviews encountered the same problem. I was also talking to my father in a different language but the workers started laughing, I was truly frustrated.

All the other reviews you see are correct! The staff here are absolutely horrible! I've seen them yell at people just for standing in line for passports and without any reason at all -- especially towards people who would benefit greatly from more gentle instructions rather than yelling at them in a language that they're sometimes not very familiar with! It was disrespectful and absolutely disgusting the attitudes and behaviors the employees at this location have! They should be immediately fired. I myself have also faced bad customer service here and at times, turned me away from sending my packages for unnecessary and false reasons! If the employees who work here are reading this, I really hope you get your egos checked and fix your disgusting behavior!
