I stopped in to get a replacement phone for my nephew on our family account, and I was clear that it shouldn't be activated yet because it was going to be a present. Everything seemed great, I was out of the store in record time.
The next day, my nephew says his phone isn't working. I called ATT and they said the new phone was activated. So for the next hour I'm on the phone with customer service to get the original phone reactivated. Then as I'm reviewing the account changes email from the store, I noticed that the person signed me up for Pro Advantage 4, warranty service which is $45/month and for AT&T next at $5/month.
Customer service was able to remove and cancel all these extra services that I never agreed too. In the future I'll make sure to go into a corporate store and not this local authorized store.
If you do visit this store, make sure to review everything before you leave.

Cyrus was AMAZING! We walked out with 3 new upgraded phones for my family. I will definitely recommend this location to my friends and family.

Been in this store a few too many times and Jack is always so helpful. Explains products and helps problem solve issues. He went above and beyond to schedule me an appt for repair & to apply my screen protector. Its those extra steps he does that make it an easy process for the customer. It was getting close to closing time and he never made me feel rushed, even when 2 people walked in after me. Jack is a valuable member of your team and a role model for the next generation of customer service. Keep up the good work!!
