If you're thinking of booking an appointment at this place, don't. I had called to schedule an annual appointment in December, and was told my insurance would not cover an appointment until March 1st. I was then told I'll be placed on a "wait list" since the doctors schedule was not available for March and after. When I called this week to get an update on the wait list (late Feb.), I was told that there are other people ahead of me and I'll be called when I can schedule. I've been eager to get an appointment scheduled as I've had arising issues since 2023, but this place doesn't care about your health or time. I can now be removed from the "wait list" as I will be going to a different OBGYN that is competent enough to schedule further out than a two month time span.

I visited Dr. Snyder for a routine appointment and left feeling invalidated, pressured, and uncomfortable with the visit. Dr. Snyder used inappropriate language like good girl as well as referring to my medical history as, supposed symptoms, not listening to his patient. I quickly became uncomfortable and was ready to leave to which I declined his other recommend check ups. He insisted on doing these check ups but I left and will never go back to this location or to Dr. Snyder. As an 18 year old girl I felt disgusted with my visit and I wouldnt recommend anyone take their child to this location.

First time going to this practice & Dr. Cook was such a sweetheart. She made me feel so comfortable during my first appointment . Highly recommend!!!

I highly recommend seeing Dr. Patel at this practice. I've been seeing her for 10 years and she is awesome! The MA's are also great to work with. I recently had Samm as a MA and she made me feel very comfortable until Dr. Patel arrived.

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. The lack of consideration for your time as a patient in this office is horrendous. I have waited over an hour every appointment I have had since my confirmation of pregnancy and I am now 7 months pregnant. The people employed here come up with an excuse each time but at the end of the day its their flawed system and careless staff. You are a number to these people and nothing more. Go to a doctors office where they actually care about patient well-being because you wont find that here.
