Donna was so great dealing with us from the first moment. She explained everything in detail and set us up with an appointment right away. Carl came out and was also the best! He quickly fixed a problem we thought was unfixable. I would HIGHLY recommend!! You won't be disappointed.

Recently had opened installed by J&R. Called & spoke to Donna, she willing come out to give est or provide over ph if knew exactly what wanted. Sched for 2 days later, showed on time, installed & explained everything. Price was very reasonable - was actually $150 less another local company based on the exact same garage door model.

Called J&R Garage door for what We thought was probably minor repair on a door they installed 14 years ago. Never had a problem in 14 years with the door. Called for service this morning. Explained what the problem was. Their office was near where We live. Believe it or not, it was repaired and back in service in “ONE HALF OF AN HOUR”. Yes, 1/2 Hour. Great, Exceptional Service and we were very lucky. A repairman was at the office when we called and he came right out. Thank You So Much, J & R Garage Door.
