NEVER GOING BACK. Months ago I had my first visit to Alpha dental and was told I would need a two-part deep cleaning. I have since completed part one and paid over $200 out of pocket for it. I had my second appointment today. So I left work early, drove 45 minutes to the office and was told when I arrived that my appointment was CANCELLED because I did not answer the phone yesterday morning when they called to confirm. I got ONE call and a voicemail during my work day (could not answer because I was at work) saying they were “calling to confirm my appointment and if you could call back at your earliest convenience”. Absolutely NO MENTION that if I fail to call back my appointment will be cancelled. To make matters worse the staff was rude when I arrived. So my spouse and I will be finding a new dentist and we suggest you look elsewhere too!
