      image This location is now a Mavis Discount Tire. We blew a tire and wanted to fix the tire or get a new one. Came into the shop, no one came to greet us. I have worked in customer service majority of my life. It is common courtesy to acknowledge customers. I understand people are busy, but a simple eye contact, smile, or 'ill be right with you ' would have pleased me. We stood in the customer waiting area for a solid 10 minutes. They looked right at us while out on the shop, and never acknowledged us. We left and went to Monro Muffler and Brake, which was the best decision. They immediately acknowledged us, told us we weren't the first to tell them the type of service Mavis gave. If you want returning customers, provide better service.
