Horrible! Growing up I was always terrified of the dentist. My parents brought me here after a recommendation. I wish they never did. I was scared and crying and the Doctor told me if I didnt stop he would send my mom out of the room and put me to sleep and clean my teeth that way. I would never take my own child here or recommend them to anyone!!!

Dr.brown and his staff are rude Ignorant and disrespectful to not only parents but children he talk to my five-year-old son like he was a grown man and made my five-year-old son feel like it was his fault for everything I was five minutes late to his appointment because of school Buses and road work and he made my son feel like it was his fault he treats parents like their garbage he is very very disrespectful and ignorant and so is his staff

Dr. Brown is awfully mean, unprofessional, careless, and quite simply mistreats his patients. My teeth became misaligned from wearing their retainers for years, and instead of helping re-adjust the retainer or kindly consoling me, he prevented me from sharing my concerns by aggressively cutting me off, talking over me, and dismissing me by walking out of the room while I was trying to talk with him. He doesn't care about his patients' needs. He did nothing to the retainer, even though my teeth are misaligned from using them. The retainer must have been worn down and bent out of the original conformation, but he didn't care to look twice.
He's also the type of doctor to tell you to get immediate surgery to remove your wisdom teeth without caring to share a detailed explanation even when asked.
My brother had to go to another dentist/orthodontist because of how he mistreated him and my father...and now I should do the same.
Terrible doctor. I feel bad for his kind staff and the way he treats them too...
I'm surprised he hasn't been taken to court.
