      image Excellent service start to finish ! UPDATE
      1 star. 2020 taxes went unpaid due to preparers mistake. Talked with owners, MONTHS ago to make their mistake right. As I was getting charged penalties and interest. Emails,phone calls went unanswered. Do not use. 2nd UPDATE..in response to owners reply..I paid the taxes in question with penenalty .you told me my preparer was NEW back in 2020 ,and didn't know to look for a marked box on form. That's why no record of unpaid taxes, because I took care of it myself. After waiting MONTHS for lady co owner to take care of their mistake. poor rating..DO NOT USE.

      Hello Sandi, I have taken a look at your 2020 taxes and nothing is showing unpaid, please reach out to the office and we can explain this to you, Unfortunately we submitted all your documents to the locals with an explanation. if you received any communication from them you did not bring it to us after this submission.
