I love this branch and bank. Amazing customer service every time! When I walk in Im greeted and if they are working on something or waiting on someone else they still acknowledge my presence as I stand patiently waiting. Everyone is genuinely friendly. This branch has amazing customer service. They remember who I am everytimei come in. I just love this bank

The fees are too high for a basic account. I've had them since before 2004. Very helpful staff. It's just the new accounts don't offer anything that i would use. My credit card already offers me what they are offering at no additional cost. I guess it's time to move on to a bankless bank. I got a letter saying I'm going to be charged more to have my account. I already pay a monthly fee for my debit card which I'm told isn't normal. I use their account to pay my Chase Credit Card. This account is useless to me now. Offering "perks" that I have no use for.
