I lived here for a little over two years. You cannot beat the price for the neighborhood. It's in a nice, quiet neighborhood and is in walking distance of Noble SEPTA station and several restaurants and bars, as well as LA Fitness. Karen in the leasing office was so nice and talked to us like we were part of her family. Maintenance was quick to fix any issues. Only reason why we left is because we bought a house. I don't understand the negative reviews because we never had a problem.

Stay far away. The leasing lady is crazy. They take a month to respond to applications. Takes 10 phone calls to reach anyone. Horrible horrible place.

I have been trying to get in contact with management for MONTHS about leasing. No one answers any of the numbers listed on the property and management is never in office

Its a beautiful space from what I can see and Im truly looking to move in here, great neighborhood. Cant seem to contact management about availability for the life of me which sucks.
