TERRIBLE place!! This place has so many problems it's unreal. Not to mention the corporate owners. All this place cares about is taking your money! I wouldn't put my family in this place if it was FREE!! The reviews are fake and are posted by employees! They give incentives to anyone willing to make positive posts!

My mom was at Transitions in North Huntington for 3 1/2 months after a serious illness. She was extremely well cared for by the CNAs and Nurses. They always looked out for her best interests.
The Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy were a huge part of her recovery. Joe, Susan, and Tyrone went above and beyond to help my mom walk again. They advocated for her to make sure she got everything she needed!
A HUGE thank you from our family to the entire North Huntingdon Transitions staff!

My mother was at Transitions for about 3 years after a large stroke and was bed bound. She was well taken care of. She needed a lot of care. She never needed to go to the hospital until the very end. I was surprised they kept her going as long as they did. No bed sores. The staff was always very nice.

My dad was sent to transitions healthcare care skilled nursing home. He was there for 18 days before passing away. Remember you get what you are paying for meaning it's not a glamorous resort. The place was well kept. Cleaned daily. The staff that tended to my dad was wonderful. They treated him with kindness and respect. He was well taken care of. I really appreciated the second shift staff and nurse's, Ro and I'm sorry I don't remember everyone's name. Thank you for the great care you gave to my dad.

Our 97 year old mother was moved to Transitions Healthcare following a brief hospilization for an illness that meant she needed more care than we could provide at home. She had suffered from Alzheimer's disease for several years and we cared for her in our home until her hospitalization.
The staff at Transitions were very gentle, caring and compassionate, not only with our mother, but also with those of us who visited with her.
Prior to her passing, the level of concern for her comfort, as well as ours, was amazing.
When she passed, they treated us like they would their own family, and we could sense the grief they were feeling with us.
We will never forget their kindness and compassion in our time of loss.
