Since the recent change in ownership there have been some problems with communication. This has improved. There have also been problems with billing. This also has improved. These things are frustrating. Thx

Lost our clothes twice. First time, item was found the following week. Second time, item never found. This has been since July. I continue to receive emails that the item has been found but when I stop by its not there. Manager has not contacted me regarding lost item or reimbursement.

This is probably the WORST experience along with the MOST horrible and unacceptable customer service happen to my  mother when she dropped off my coat to this establishment. She lives around there and I trusted her  with taking care of my leather coat since PA prices are often cheaper compare to NYC ones. So one day she took my coat and ask the lady to clean it ( the neck part) and fix the hole in the sleeve of the coat ( underarm). Mind you she have asked that before leaving the coat there and asked her how much will be the total. The lady who owns the shop stated that it will be $30 total. When the day came to pick up my coat, my mom always checks to see how the job was done before paying ( and it should be done like this always). The lady got nervous and when mom checked the coat she saw that the neck part wasn't cleaned properly and still had stains and ALSo the underarm whole was still there. My mother politely pointed out saying " look it is still dirty ". The owner did not understand ( she barely speaks English), and went to get a translator, once she had found the meaning of the word she had a nerve to tell my mother that she is dirty . Also said no to the hole that is not her job and started to repeat quickly back to back for good 1 minute "thirty dollars, thirty dollars" while stepping back very fast away from my mother. My mother tried to tell her that all she wanted to show her that she didn't do a good job and how can they solve it. But she was so rude and ran away with my coat to the back of her shop! Absolutely crazy behavior in my opinion. My mother left without the coat and when she came back, I came in to the store with her 6 days later ( when I can back to PA form NY). We have asked her and I asked to see he coat , same exact story happened in front of me. Lady was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional carrying about her $30 when she didn't even do the job we asked ..  I have tried telling her I will call the cops if she doesn't want to return my coat ( she didn't even let me see the coat actually until I have paid her). Of course I didn't call the cops because who wants to deal with this stuff over $30. My point is avoid this place. It has no reviews for a reason. No respect to a customer. Also an advice to the place. If you want to run this type of business where involves customer service interaction, please enroll yourself in ESL classes! I only say that because I am an immigrant myself and took an effort to somehow invest time in learning the language. AVOID this place and take your business somewhere else!
