      image The two gentlemen that helped me with my return of equipment made it easy and took little time. One gentleman even took care of me and another customer! Talk about multi tasking!

      image This is my first time at this location, I didnt think it would take this long for glasses. I always come to Vision Works this is by far the worst experience Ive ever had. I had an appointment at 11:00am, I wasnt seen until 11:20am. Then I find out the Doctor is not here, so I had to get a virtual call. Once I was done the lady told me that I had an $200.00$ allowance with my insurance, which confused me because she did not explain it correctly. I was only able, to get one pair. I really hate this location I wish I went to the one in Philadelphia. Then the lady is so loud explaining everything, like there is no privacy.

      image No matter what I tried I could not speak with a live agent. It is disgusting dealing with automated menus and texts. Don't know how people not tech savvy can get anywhere with this moronic setup. Truly disgusting. Call their number and you'll see what I mean. They make it so difficult. WHY DOES COMCAT OPERATE THIS WAY?
