I've been here a few times since I started using Grandview as my main healthcare system. I've been treated with respect and kindness each and every time I come. I was recently diagnosed with something that has me coming in for more appointments, and they are always just so accommodating. Every single doctor, nurse or tech I've come into contact with has been a delight.

I'm a cancer survivor. I had an appointment for 9:30am today November 06, 2023. I was there at 9:14am, completed the preliminary paper work by 9:20am. Three (3) patients came in after me and seemingly commenced their appointment. I took time off from work for this scheduled appointment and at 9:52am it was as if I was still not there. My intention was to see if I could start using a doctor at this facility as my primary care doctor...the doctor I had moved to another state. After this morning I'm certain that this is not the place...at least not for people like me. Never again.

I had the worst mammogram experience yesterday at this facility. I have had many mammograms so I know how it SHOULD go. The tech was awful, she was rough, gruff and seemed like she was in a hurry to get it done. Her handling of me was unacceptable. Techs like this are the reason why some first time mammogram patients don't return for future checks. No one should be treated this way, we are trying to encourage women to be proactive with breast health, not scare them away!
