I had a port a pot for almost a year and paid my bill every month on time. I noticed one month it was not cleaned so I contacted smiths and they did not even know who I was or that I had one of their port a pots. So both RUDE women in the office told me it was not their fault? They would not even work with me on knocking a few dollars off the bill since they did not do their job. What kind of business is this? I found out they had an employee walk off and he was in control of the port a pot cleaning. I can see maybe why he walked off. I will NEVER use them agian and will spread the word about there company. The smith's port a pot website has a phone number that they don't even use. What a shady company..

I highly recommend Smith's. They are professional, very reasonable, and quick! We had to use them twice this year since we had so much water in our septic system due to flooding and in both cases they were out the same day and handled the situation professionally and promptly.

The day I called, they fit me in. The gentleman Daxton that came out, called me first to let me know he was on his way. He did a very thorough job, and checked to make sure everything was working properly before he left. Thanks Smiths I will be recommending this company to anybody that needs septic services.
