Feb 24: Edit: a full month later still have not received a call. I am an office manager and the first thing I do if our team gets anything less than a 5 star review, is contact the person to find out how we can give them 5 star service. You need a class in professionalism & costumer service!
Still waiting on a call back, as this is the 2nd time ordering from them. The first time was a similar experience, chalked it up to it being mothers day, a busy holiday for them. Tried again for my moms birthday, since i wanted to support local again opposed to going corporate, received something less than half the size of what I ordered, wasn't delivered until 4pm on the day of delivery, and completely different. Called and left 2 messages, still waiting for call back. I would never recommend this business. Bair's floral arrangements are skimpy, and poorly designed, may want to take some courses.

I placed an order for a specific item. The largest size. I was given no warning the item received would be smaller and completely different from the one ordered. when I called I got a lot of excuses which were lame. If you don't have any of the flowers or the vase, call and discuss it with the person .Not happy.

Really disappointed. I had ordered flowers at 9:30am and it wasn't until after 3pm did I receive a cancellation email informing me it had been cancelled due to "the unavailability of your specified florist". I understand everyone is short staffed, but what I don't understand why it took so long to cancel my order if so, or why I was able to place it to begin with. Bummer.
