The bank staff and manager at the Easton Branch were amazing and a delight! I am out here for an emergency family situation and I went in to handle some business and they were so kind and helpful, even pointed me in the right direction to a grocery store close by since I am from AZ and clueless of what is around.

Annette Davis was extremely helpful in aiding me to get access to my account numbers for an IRA rollover account. She was very helpful, polite, and actually hilarious. Shes great. The world needs more people in customer service like her.
